How much will points be worth?
100 points = £1. Gold tier members get the best value since they earn 20x points per pound. Platinum members earn 25x points.
Will points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last earning activity. Keep your account active with purchases, reviews, or referrals to maintain your balance.
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on annual spending: Starter (£0), Bronze (£100), Silver (£250), Gold (£500), Platinum (£1,000). Higher tiers earn more points and unlock exclusive perks.
Can I combine points with other discounts?
Yes. Reward coupons will stack with sale prices and sitewide promotions. Only one reward coupon per order, and you will earn points on discounted purchases too.
