100 points = £1. Gold tier members get the best value since they earn 20x points per pound. Platinum members earn 25x points.
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last earning activity. Keep your account active with purchases, reviews, or daily check-ins to maintain your balance.
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on annual spending: Starter (£0), Bronze (£100), Silver (£250), Gold (£500), Platinum (£1,000). Higher tiers earn more points and unlock exclusive perks.
What is the daily check-in streak?
Check in every day to earn bonus points. The bonus increases the longer your streak (10pts up to 50pts on day 7). Miss a day and you start over from day 1.
Can I combine points with other discounts?
Yes! Reward coupons stack with sale prices and sitewide promotions. Only one reward coupon per order, but you can earn points on discounted purchases too.
